Military Honors - US Air Force Veteran David Dean Osborn - NNVC Fernley, NV
US Air Force Veteran David Dean Osborn whose memorial service was Sunday July 26th in Herlong CA. Will have his full military interment service on Monday July 27th at 1430, Veterans Memorial Cemetery Fernley NV.
Today, Monday, five motors and two cages, a combined group of NorCal and Northern Nevada Patriot Guard members left Reno to join three more Central Area PGR at our Veterans Cemetery in Fernley to honor our brother Veteran U.S. Air Force Veteran David Dean Osborn at his interment service.
Thanks to our members who attended as we had less than twenty four hours to assemble an eleven member flag line. Service was conducted by a Veteran Volunteer Rifle and Flag team.
A special thanks to our brother David Osborn who was just forty-nine years old. Rest in Peace your service and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
David Dean Osborn passed away July 9, 2015 at the age of 49 at his home in Herlong. David was born to Ronald and Juanita of Herlong. He was born in Paso Robles, California in 1966. David is survived by daughters, Isis, and Kristinia, of Reno; brother, Richard, of Reno; and son, David Dean, Jr., of Fernley, Nevada; and grandchildren.
Dave served four years in the Air Force and completed preparatory class two weeks, and Airospace ground EQ mechanic specs course 15 weeks October 85. He received a Good Conduct medal, an Outstanding Unit award and an Oak Leaf Cluster. He worked at Sierra Army Depot for many years.
