A1C Carl C. Forrest Jr - US Air Force, Korean War Veteran - Janesville, CA
The Patriot Guard Riders having been invited by the family of fallen US Air Force Korean War Veteran, A1C Carl C. Forrest, to stand and honor during his Memorial Service at Honey Lake Assembly of God Church, Janesville, CA.. The mission involved a flag line for family and friends to pass through.
On an beautiful summer day, a total of 7 PGR members met at Honey Lake Assembly of God Church where all were present to show Honors to A1C Carl C. Forrest and his family at his Memorial Service.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the following people for their assistance and participation in this Mission :
Ride Captain Skip Kelly and Terri, who drove down from Alturas, and Indian Tom and new PGR Member Bob from Reno PGR who traveled to assist the Susanville PGR stand Honor Line with American Flags during this Mission.
In addition to our Patriot Guard Riders we had a great representation of many groups on this Mission. They include :

U. S. Air Force Honor Team - Beale AFB, CA
Lastly, but not the least, I am thankful to US Air Force - Korean War Veteran, A1C Carl C. Forrest, an American Hero and his family.
Your watch has been stood, your duty to protect this nation is complete, and you’ve earned the right to be called a true American Hero. Your service and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
Rest in Peace my friend, your Mission is complete.
