August 8, 2020;
A hot summer day in the Intermountain town of Burney, CA, former Navy Seal David Cecil Wiggins was afforded final honors & respect by local veterans color guard members, the combined members of Shasta Veterans Escort, Patriot Guard Riders from various locations around Northern CA as well as 2 members of the American Legion Riders post in Alturas. In total, we had a 16 member flag line.
